Seed of Glory


The Glory of God
Exodus 33:18-19 “And he said, “Please show me Your glory.”
                Then He said, “I will make My goodness pass before you, and I will                 proclaim the name of the Lord before you. I will gracious, and I will have compassion (love, mercy) on whom I will have compassion.”

Jesus did all he did to glorify the Father.

Beholding His glory in the Face of Jesus
2 Cor 4:6 “For it is God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in out hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.”

Brightness of His glory
Heb 1:3 “who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person and up holding all things by the word of His power, when He had by himself purged out sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high…”

Promise to Seed – Inheritance Through Promise
Gal 3:16-18 “Now to Abraham and his Seed were the promises made. He does not say to seeds, as of many, but as of one, And to your Seed, who is Christ.
    And this I say, that the law, which was four hundred and thirty years later, can not annul the covenant that was confirmed before by God in Christ, that it should make the promise of no effect.
    For if the inheritance is of the law, it is no longer of promise; but God gave it to Abraham by promise.

There is a cloud of witness that died without the promise…they are cheering!

Partakers of Divine Nature Through the Promise
2 Peter 1:4 “by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

Act 17:29 – the divine nature is not like silver and gold…but resurrection power.

Many sons to glory
Heb 2:10-11 “For it was fitting for Him, for whom are all things and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons to glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.
    For both He who sanctifies and those who are being sanctified are all of one, for which reason He is not ashamed to call them brethren.

2 Cor 3:18 “But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.

Promise of the Holy Spirit

Father of Glory...His Inheritance…Resurrection Power Coming to the Earth
Eph 1:15-23

His Glory Covering the Earth
Habakkuk 2:14 “For the earth will be filled with knowledge o the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.

Filled with the knowledge of God, the Father, His Nature, His Heart, His Ways, His Kingdom…love, peace, joy, righeousenss…etc. IN US BEARING THE FRUIT OF THE SEAD OF HIS GLORY…HIS IMAGE.

Seed We Were Born Again With
1 Peter 1:23-25 “having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever, because
    “All flesh is as grass,
    and all glory of man as the flowers of the grass.
    The grass withers, and its flower fall away,
    But the word of the Lord endures forever.”
Now this the word of which by the gospel was preached to you.”
